Help! The lights will not go out.

Cupertino, December 21, 2021

Today I added two Lutron Aurora switches for two different rooms (pantry and desk) to control their Hue bulbs. During the process, I had to turn off some switches to avoid electric shock, which interrupted the power of my modem and router several times. Everything works with the newly installed switches and the lights that are assigned to control them. BUT now suddenly the three Hue bulbs in the kitchen (grouped as one light) no longer respond and are locked "On". I didn't change anything about the kitchen lights or the switches that controlled it. Lights can no longer be dimmed or turned off by wall switches or Apple Home or Philips Hue. I tried unplugging the power and plugging it back in for my Philips hue bridge, which had no effect. I'm not sure what else to try, but I have to work this out before I go to bed tonight. Any idea?
