Help: the rooms do not register

Hi, folks, I stepped in and bought three Logitech cameras and a bell. The installation was quite painless, the notifications are almost instantaneous, however, I can't record them. I have a 2 TB iCloud + account, I set them all to "stream and allow recording", they all have a red dot, however, when I enter each room, there is no timeline or scrubtrack. Am I doing something wrong? I came from a camera / bell configuration that seemed to give better results and I don't know now if I made a disastrous mistake.
