HKSV does not identify the type of movement

Cupertino, January 7, 2022

They have three Eufy interior rooms that I currently use from the windows on the second floor, facing outwards. They were working well, but since last weekend they have stopped identifying the type of movement. They used to send me alerts and record whenever they detected people or vehicles, depending on the configuration, but all of a sudden they started to record and alert only about the general movement. The notifications only say that "motion has been detected" and are triggered by the slightest breeze. It's annoying, because if I leave notifications triggered every minute, and frustrating, because I want to be able to identify a threat, but right now I can't. I've already tried different settings in both Home and Eufy Security, and none of them worked. I uninstalled and installed the cameras in both applications and the result is the same. Has anyone ever faced such a thing? How did you solve it?
