HKSV Troubleshooting?

Hello. I recently bought my first HKSV camera, the Aqara G2H. Overall, I really like it, although I need to find a clean way to conduct electricity to the top of our cabinets ... Anyway, we've added the camera to our home and it's flowing. I have the recording activated when I am at home or away and with any movement detected. (I'll probably give it up once things are straightened out.) Finally, I have a 2TB iCloud account with a lot of unused space, so why don't I see any timeline, an option to record when I watch the stream? I see the Live button in the lower left corner. Do you have any ideas, suggestions on how to troubleshoot this, or maybe resources to refer to?
