Hello! The My Home app and the Eve app were set up in the country about a year and a half ago. About 10 sockets and 8 door sensors. All through a HomePod. Everything worked great for a year and a half, but today EVERYTHING is gone. Both the Eve app and the Home app are empty and ask if I want to add devices. Has this ever happened to anyone? If so, is there a way to recover everything or am I out of luck and have to start from scratch? Thanks!
