I've had an Apple TV working as a hub at home for the past 1.5 years with no problems. And as of this week, for some reason the home app on my phone says the home hub is offline, but it works on my iPad. I tested this using the cellular connection on my phone and I get no response from any device and the message "No Home Hub" at the top. When I try with my iPad on cellular (with my own plan) the home app loads normally and I can control all my devices and Apple TV shows up as connected in hubs and bridges. I've tried restarting everything and signing out and back in my iCloud account (on the TV and iPhone/ipad) and nothing has worked. I would like to avoid wiping the home and recreating it or resetting any device. Apple TV is fully configured and HomeKit settings are normal, and both iPad and iPhone are using the same iCloud account with home settings enabled in iCloud settings, and all devices are running the latest software updates at this time. I'm really not sure what else to do. Has this happened to anyone else? Or do you know of a fix?
