I can't figure this problem out. Apple Home Hub, quite a few hue devices. Two Apple TVs. One connected via ethernet, the other via wifi. Every week or two I open Apple Home and all the devices show up as unresponsive. Everything is connected, if I use the manufacturer's app (Hue/Lightspeed etc) the device is online and turns on. If I visit Apple Home>Home Settings>Home Hubs & Bridges I see attached. The one that shows the Home Hub not responding is the one connected via ethernet, but I checked that the ethernet is fine and connected. Sometimes if I restart this Apple TV or just turn it on everything is restored I don't understand what the problem is here and why this is even a problem as the other Apple TV shows online so why isn't it just use this ? Any help would be greatly appreciated 👍🏻
