I have a HomeKit Home whose administrator is also my wife. In the past, we had no problems with anything, but recently we moved to a place with a different style of internet (one that now requires a vdsl modem, unfortunately). Since then, she has only had trouble accessing the devices. Most things don't work at home and they're all out of the house. But for me, everything is fine. We realized yesterday that in her Home application, it says that all home hubs (4x HomePods) are disconnected, but in mine everything is normal. I tried the following without success: - Static IP for our phones and all home hubs - I made sure that the private address is disabled for her phone on our wifi - I made sure that iCloud Private Relay is disabled on the phone they - I made sure she looks right as a user from home - make sure she and the HomePods are all on the latest software - reset her network settings. Nothing helped. Has anyone seen anything like this before? The thing is, we moved at the same time as getting new phones (it went from an 11 to a 13 Pro) and also in the period when iOS 15 appeared. So it could be any combination of things.
