HomeKit accessory problem does not respond

I have a mix of a bunch of different manufacturers (Nanoleaf, Mysa, Eufy, Belkin) and I have a recurring issue where some of the accessories will show "No answer". This happens both at home and remotely and I tried to restart all the hubs and remove and add some of the accessories again. The biggest culprits seem to be the Mysa thermostats. I recently upgraded from an older Linksys router to a deco mesh system and it has gotten worse since then, so I'm not sure what else to do. My next step would be to clear the house and set it up completely from scratch, but if you have any other suggestions, I would be very grateful.
