I have two Circle View rooms that record the same general area that includes two doors. One room is farther away and captures a wide view of the entire courtyard area, including doors # 1 and # 2, the other room is much closer to door # 2 and is meant to capture videos only with traffic coming in and out of that door . If someone goes to door no. 2, the room which is focused only on door no. 2 never records videos with people coming in and out, but the camera that is further away and captures the whole yard always does. Room on door no. 2 only records videos with people inside the building if the door is open, which the other room cannot see because of the angle. The remote camera is the only room that records videos of people coming out of door # 1 and # 2. Has anyone had such problems before? Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions?
