Hey everyone, I’ve had a look through this sub but can’t really find a definitive answer.
I recently purchased eufy cam 2c x 3 Camera kit, works great in HomeKit. Viewing on the app / AppleTV, face detection and iCloud storage all great features
But the only fault with the HomeKit setup is all 3 cameras go offline simultaneously few times a day.
My internet is 1gig full fibre and I have no connection issues. The eufy base is plugged directly into the router and all 3 cameras are no more then 5m (16ft) away from the base.
My current trouble shooting I’ve tried with no success-
1. Gave the eufy base a static IP address
2. Picked the best Wi-Fi channels and turned off auto channel change
I’m open to any other troubleshooting ideas.
Anyone got ideas why this is happening?? Seems to be random at times and random lengths of time?
