I have a frustrating problem with my HomeKit. Siri gets confused and can't do anything if I preface any command using the word "the". Some examples: "Hey Siri, turn on the light in the living room" "Hey Siri, turn on the fan" "Hey Siri, turn on the desk light" "Hey Siri, turn off the light" All of the above work well. "Hey Siri, turn on the light in the dining room" "Hey Siri, turn on the fan" "Hey, Siri, turn on the desk light" "Hey, Siri, turn off the light" All this never works, Siri always says "I think sorry, I couldn't. You can't find something like that in your house. "The only way I've found to avoid this is to actually name the object or room using the word 'the'." Name the "fan" element in the bedroom with the "fan". Then Siri will recognize it and I will get a stupid result in which Siri repeats it twice and says "Okay, the fan is on" It will behave like this for any object in any room. Do this with HomePods, iPhone and iPad. Half the time I just try to speak naturally and I have to repeat myself. Why is this happening? Has anyone ever encountered this before and knew how to make it work in any way? I searched up and down, but I can't seem to find anyone else with this problem. Thank you in advance!
