HomeKit devices do not respond when they are away from home

Cupertino, September 7, 2020

I've never had this problem before, but recently, outside of my home network, all my devices say I'm not responding. They work well when they are in the house and are connected to WiFi.

When I check my Apple TV, it says the Home Hub is connected. I tried to restart Apple TV, turn off Home Hub, and reconnect. I still can't talk to my devices.

Any idea? I'm not sure if it's related to an Apple TV update, I'm using the eero Pro home network ...
