Homekit does not have some of the smallest and simplest features, it is incredibly frustrating.

Cupertino, March 7, 2021

I somewhat regret attending the Homekit. The ability not to specify in which network my home bridges are located? CRAZY. The ability not to establish one as a master? CRAZY. This may not matter to most basic users, but for someone who has a segmented network for IoT devices, this makes it impossible. Almost all of my Homekit problems would go away if they allowed me to keep my bridge at home on a network I want to specify. Apple: You failed me here. I can only hope for improvements, but it seems certain that he could not give 2 shit about Homekit.
