Homekit headaches since the appearance of Eero 6.5

Cupertino, December 3, 2021

Eero is on 6.6 now, but since 6.5 was released on my system about a month ago, I've had some serious issues with my WiFi devices, especially the iDevices switches. Now, it's not uncommon to have No Response errors from time to time, like most people, but usually everything comes back after I "restart the house" by turning the switch off and on. But now about half of my devices have been permanently offline. The light on maybe 1/3 of the iDevices switches now flashes orange, indicating an error and that they are not paired. Looks like someone else is doing this every few days. So far no one was able to send in the perfect solution, which is not strange. I just don't want to do that if I have a new error switch every few days. Has anyone had this experience before? If so, what was your solution? I came across a post some time ago about people with iDevices switches that would turn off randomly for a few seconds and then turn on again. The consensus is that this is due to a particularly talkative network, but I'm not sure which device (s) on mine would cause so much congestion. I have a lot of smart home devices: * 32 iDevices switches * Phillips Home Hue Hub * ~ 4x Lifx bulbs * Chamberlain MyQ Garage Door * 4x other wifi devices (dehumidifier, air purifier, speaker) * 2 security cameras Reolink. * 2x Netatmo outdoor security cameras * 1x Logitech door camera * 2x Apple TV * Nintendo Switch * 2x LG smart TVs * 3x iPads * 3x iMacs / Macbooks * 6x HomePods * 2x August Home locks (with Wifi ) * 2x ecobee thermostats How would I fix what could cause the problem? At this point, I'm almost ready to cancel the iDevices switches until Eve comes out with a Thread compatible wall switch (hopefully one with support for 3 and 4 way installations).
