Homekit "if" commands

Cupertino, January 31, 2021

So I'm currently using Shortcuts to automate a sequence where my command will unlock my door, disarm my alarm system, and if it's 30 minutes or less before sunset, I'll turn on my lights. The problem is that it seems to me that the shortcuts are extremely insecure and buggy, most of the time the sequence fails on the first try for some reason or is very slow. Is there a way to create this sequence directly in homekit using a third party application and completely forget about shortcuts?
