HomeKit/iOS 15 Siri scheduling not working

Cupertino, October 4, 2021

I have watched video after video saying that Siri can take commands like "turn off TV in 60 minutes". I have tried this a few times now with no luck. I keep getting a message that says Siri cannot do this automation. Is there a setting I am missing somewhere?

Example: Phone running iOS 15 to Apple TV on latest tvOS. When I try "Hey Siri, turn on the office tv in 1 minute" I get a message saying automations need to be at least one minute out. When I say to do it in two minutes, it says "Sorry, I can't schedule that for you."

Is this a broken feature, or is there additional setup needed?
