Do any of you have experience [relay products like this](https://www.homehome.app/product-page/smart-wifi-16ch-for-apple-homekit-google-home-5dc-v)? Every few months I look for relay boards that are ready for Homekit ** out of the box **. I am a mechanical engineer with minimal software skills (as in, I do not flash anything). I'm more interested in building the things that these relays would control. I know there are several relay products on the market, but I'm looking for boards with more relays like the ones on that website. I wanted to build an old school "Christmas tree" status panel that would display red or green LED lights to show the status of door locks, garage doors, and other sensors / accessories. Also, the pool pump has 5V control inputs, so I could make the pump controllable with Homekit if I had relays. The site I linked to says it is pre-flashed, but I would like to get the community's thoughts on it before ordering something that I may not be able to use or return. Thanks!
