I run my smart devices on AppleTV 4. When I'm on my network (and home network), I can access items with either my Apple laptop or iPhone. When I leave home (outside the home network) my laptop can access my devices, but my iPhone cannot (displaying all devices as "No Answer"). Both are set on the same appleID, both use the same external wifi, but the laptop works, the iPhone does not. Apple just passed me from one person to another. What am I missing here? My AppleTv is set to the same appleId as a home hub. Has anyone solved this puzzle before?
