Homekit no response after iOS 15

Homekit shows no response when away. I have been speaking with apple and they really don't seem to know what is causing this. After going through the usual resets and logout and reconnecting devices they collected logs and are looking into it.

Oddly the only devices that aren't responding are non-Apple devices at home when I'm away. When I'm connected to my home network it takes a few seconds but all non-apple devices eventually update and connect.

I have logged out of iCloud, removed and reestablished my "home", reset routers and reconnected all connected devices. Confirmed all FW are updated.

Have I missed anything, any suggestions?
