HomeKit Problems Roku / ismartgate

Suddenly I can't add any HomeKit devices to the Home app. Especially my TCL Roku 4K TV, which worked once more than a year, and the ismartgate lite garage door opener that I just bought. I can't figure it out. I have the latest Xfinity gateway. Like I said, the Roku TV suddenly stopped working and now I can't add it back to the Home app. Ismartgate can make it work on their app, but they can't add it to the Home app. Do you have a thought? I reset / restarted / deleted everything several times. Nothing works.
