HomeKit remote access does not work, disconnected from the home hub


I had a problem with remote access to HomeKit in my partner’s house. He has no problems at all, neither when he accesses his house via WiFi, nor remotely (mobile).

I can access his house via WiFi, but not remotely (cellular). He granted me the rights to Home to access my home remotely. His home hub (HomePod) always appears to be “disconnected” from me. He is shown “connected.” All accessories have an “unanswered” warning. I’ve added screenshots of these error messages.

I looked everywhere for a solution, but nothing has helped so far. I tried to restart all devices, leave and join home, disconnect and reconnect to iCloud … Nothing works.
