I run a HomeKit with a 7th kind iPad as a hub, my personal device is an iPhone XS. About a week ago, when I tried to log in to the house to make some adjustments and received an "iPad does not respond" message. I tried to troubleshoot some of the methods I found on Google, and eventually ended up removing my entire house and creating a new one. Now, remote access will not work at all. It works well when I'm at home on wifi, but I have zero access when I'm not connected to wifi. Curiously, when I lock / unlock my front door (August 4 lock type with built-in wifi), I will receive a notification from HomeKit telling me that my front door has been locked / unlocked.
I'm so lost with this, any help would be appreciated.
