We just had two new Lennox heat pumps installed today, and each has an iComfort S30 thermostat. I can put the thermostats in "IQ Schedule" mode, which should intelligently choose the high and low temperature points. And when I expand the status page in the Home app, I can see their thermostats and their IQ Schedule settings (65F and 80F in my case).
But when I press any of the thermostats on the status page of the Home application, the thermostat leaves IQ Schedule mode and returns to the usual "auto" mode settings (68F and 75F in my case).
The short story - opening the thermostat in the home application removes the thermostat from the intelligent "IQ program" mode.
Does anyone else have this problem?
