I don't live in a house big enough that a decent router doesn't cover everything. Are all Homekit routers mesh networks? I have a central "computer room", with a couple of couple desktops and a NAS that I connect via ethernet, so a base with at least 4 ports (1 in, 3 out) would be nice and then the rest of the house is covered by wifi from the same router.
Currently, you have an RT-AC86U that has so far managed to handle all the devices we put on it (10 homekit devices and a series of iPhone, ipads, etc.).
