Someone did a more powerful trick using HomeKit. We have problems with our neighbors' cats that repeatedly walk on the lawn in the same places and kill the grass. It occurred to me that using a motion sensor and something like Eve Aqua, I could install something that would spray water to scare cats. I could also use an HK button next to the door to deactivate before entering the garden. Being careful about the position of the motion detector, I could make sure that the birds can still reach other areas of the garden without triggering. Has anyone done something similar and been effective?
