I know it's already been talked about, but I just thought I'd add my experience and I hope Apple fixes it.
I recently converted my circle 2 to use secure video and bought a secure eve camera. It has also been upgraded to 2 TB of storage space so that it can be used for both video recording.
Both detect movement and are able to transmit flow. No video recording. After restarting the ATV and the cameras a few times, Circle 2 recorded some of the movement in front of it (but certainly not all), but then returns to not recording anything a few hours later.
Disappointing after switching from the Logitech application that worked perfectly and registered without having to pay any subscription ...
