HomeKit Secure Video records only a second or two with Eufy cameras

So, I know people have been posting about this before, but the last post was a while ago ... I was wondering if anyone was able to find a solution to this? I have an Eufy Cam 2 Pro and it is unusable with HKSV because it only records about a second at a time, even going so far as to record several different clips one after the other, all for a second or so, instead of just the whole movement! Has anyone found a solution to this? I tried to stop the flow in the Eufy app and reset the camera, but I haven't been able to contact support since it's weekend, but this is my next step! Thanks!
