Hello everyone, I have a strange problem, when outside my house, my secure Homekit video cameras appear to be unacceptable to me, but they work very well for my girlfriend at the same time. I’m the owner of the homekit house and I invited her. The two Eufy 2k Pan and Tilt cameras should be turned off when one of us is home and transmit and record when we are both out. Every time we leave, my girlfriend immediately gets a notification that the camera has turned into a stream and recording. And I’ve only received this randomly twice in the last 2 months (twice over 60 days) when I open the homekit and look at the camels outside the house that show they don’t respond, while she can see them good. I can only see them when they are on the same wifi. I tried everything, restart Apple TV 4k, restart the phone, disconnect connect iCloud, I even switched to a new iPhone and nothing has changed. it might be related to my iCloud account, but I can’t create a new one, as I have all my purchases, subscriptions and backups on it …. how do I fix my iCloud account? This is frustrating. I also tried resetting the network settings on my iPhone … thanks
