Hello everyone,
I've searched this sub and found that a lot of people have similar problems to me, but it seems that no one has found a solution in the previous posts, so I figured I'd ask again.
I have 3 Hue motion sensors set up in HomeKit, and in the Home app they are all ready to send motion alerts when I am away from home. The weird thing is that only 1 in 3 actually seems to comply. The other two sometimes send messages when I'm home and other times they won't.
So far I have:
- Confirmed that the sensors are set to send notifications only when I'm away.
- Confirmed that my phone has location services enabled and the Home app is allowed to use my location in the background.
- Restarted all HomeKit hubs on my network.
One of the 3 works as expected and only sends notifications when I'm away.
In addition, I have a number of Arrive Home / Leave Home automations that work as expected, so it looks like it is correctly pulling location from my phone.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
