Homekit stayed with the Cassette

Cupertino, October 12, 2020

I have a Homekit setup with a homepod, some Apple TV, ecobee and about 40 box switches.

I had a power outage that lasted a few days and now all my scenes are working, but they are quite late, I give an order and maybe 30 seconds later, the lights start to change one by one.

Before the interruption, after an order, everything would happen pretty quickly.

In addition, siri stopped confirming orders. Sometimes he says he doesn't understand the command, but the scene happens anyway.

Do you have any ideas that are not right? any way to fix it without completely resetting everything? it took me a while to correct all these scenes and I wish I didn't have to redo it.
