& # x200B; I have two new HomePods. I tried to prepare them, but I was stuck in the configuration for days. Reset them, same thing. Removed from home and iCloud, reset them, same thing. I have an old iPad, I started a new hub on a new iCloud account, I set up HomePod mini, I started immediately, I downloaded the latest software (14.6) and everything is good. Removed from the fake home and reset, setup in my real home HomeKit and now I'm locked back into "setup" mode for over 24 hours. Looks like the problems are somewhere in my house. You have the newest AppleTV, as well as 4 old 4k apps, two HomePods and another 8 HomePod minis. All are configured and work very well. Thanks for the help
