Honeywell thermostats almost always show no response

My house came with Honeywell T6 thermostats, one downstairs and one upstairs for my two-zone system. I added them to Homekit, but they spend most of their time without answering. This only happens in the homekit, as they are always visible in the Honeywell app. Does anyone else have this problem or did they manage to solve it?
