HOOBS question for integration

Cupertino, January 31, 2021

I will take an SD HOOBS card and a raspberry pie to integrate my smart home technology into HomeKit. My question is this: if I add something like a smart light bulb that isn't necessarily compatible with HomeKit (as it would work on Alexa or Google) it makes the light bulb or other accessory an individual Wi-Fi product or is it kind of like be the shade Phillips, if if it is connected to the bridge, it will not count as its own wifi product?
