I have a detached garage with a Yale Assure Lock SL and a mini HomePod placed in the house, with a garage door window about 35 meters away. This setting works, but I get a lot of unanswered messages when I lock or unlock the door before it works. If I step back (just a few meters closer) and use the iPhone and Home app instead of Siri through the speaker, I get a much more reliable response from the lock. Needless to say, I can't rely on the fact that a phone is out on the back step to ensure automation or scenes work all the time. Is there any kind of bluetooth extender I could put next to the HomePod mini or outside the back of the house, which would make it a more reliable connection?
