HomeKit Secure Video promised a more secure / privacy-conscious setup for security cameras, as the video is analyzed locally on the HomeKit hub. But how sure is it in reality? How can you prevent any hackers (as much as possible) from gaining access to the cameras? One thing the articles mention on the web when it comes to securing camcorders is changing the default username and password. How does this work with Logitech Circle 2 cameras? Can you also access Logitech Circle 2 cameras through a web browser by IP address? Is this a security threat?
