Update: solved
I have the Aqara Hub setup and added to Homekit already, including one door sensor. Fast forward 3 months and I have no idea how I did it lol. I've added a door sensor to the Aqara app fine, but for some reason it's not showing up in the Apple Home app. I tried going to profile and syncing names with Homekit, but it fails (either pulling names from HK, or pushing Aqara names to HK). Why is this so difficult to do?
