How to best turn off automation / scene at certain times?

Cupertino, September 15, 2020

I have a set of automation for when we leave the house (based on my iPhones and my wife) to turn off the lights, close the garage door, activate the alarm, etc. Most of the time, if the two of us are gone, it means the house is empty and this is right. However, what happens to those rare occasions when there might be guests there when we leave (such as a babysitter or visiting grandparents). What is the easiest way to temporarily stop triggering automation? I would like it to be as simple as a siri command or a push of a smart button (I have several with unused functions). What are the best methods?
