I sent the cameras up and I think the build quality and resolution are very nice for them, but I have a problem with the recording time on the secure HomeKit video. After about 3 to 4 seconds the video ends automatically and I asked for eufy support to provide the beta firmware update that I read about others on Reddit claiming that they provided it. I have now been engaged in several emails back and forth with their support team, who are asking additional questions, rather than just providing the firmware fix and are just about to send back all the $ 700 from these two kits back for a full refund. Any help would be appreciated as I'm tired of games with eufy support.
