How to get the "Open over ..." Aqara door sensor trigger in HomeKit?

Cupertino, July 5, 2021

I like the performance (and low cost) of the Aqara door sensors, but I want to be able to create an automation that turns on a Hue lamp when the sensor is open for more than 2 minutes (I use them on my refrigerator doors). The Aqara Home app allows you to trigger based on a "Open for over X minutes" trigger, which is great, but you can't do anything very useful about it other than send a notification or sound an alarm. on the M2 hub. Is there any way (other than Home Assistant) to achieve this through HomeKit automation?
