how to use the temperature sensor to turn on the otter-box controlled bathroom fan?

Cupertino, November 11, 2020

so we have the hue motion sensor (I was going to get the aqara humidity sensor, but I think this might work), which I found out about the temperature as well.

so I'm probably a mannequin. I thought it would be easy to set up an automation that when the bath reaches a certain temperature (from the shower, I was thinking at 80 °), the sensor will tell homekit to tell the wireless switch the lutron box to turn on the fan bath. but when I got there, I couldn't figure it out for my life.

can anyone help the challengers to reach the finish line?

Thank you very much.
