Hue and Nanoleaf apps won't connect

Cupertino, February 16, 2024

I recently moved and renamed my house to Homekit. No problems there. All scenes and devices work well. I can't tell if it's just a coincidence or related, but here are my big issues with the smart home: Nanoleaf: What's been happening lately, is that the NanoLeaf app no longer sees the house or devices in the Homekit (Nanoleaf or other devices). It has the house name in the sync settings and all the cameras are listed but no devices are synced and no devices show up anywhere in the app. This includes my Aurora panels which of course can only be edited in the Nanoleaf app. Hue: Open the app and it says “No Bridge connection. Tap to reconnect'. In settings I go to My Hue System and it shows a reference to Hue Bridge with a blue check next to it, but if I click the info button it says "Bridge No Active". The bridge is powered on connected to the router and all three blue lights are on. "Smart home" in settings is ghost and not clickable. Ideally, I can somehow make these apps find what they need to see without starting over. Thank you in advance!
