Hello everyone, I have an incredibly aggravating problem with my Hue system and I have no idea where to go from here. For several years I had a Hue Bridge with 20 bulbs connected to Homekit and it worked solidly. However, last night I had a problem in which the bridge fell off a shelf and stopped working afterwards.
I went to the store and bought a replacement this morning, but the internet icon (the one that looks like a globe in front of the bridge) won’t light up half the time. Sometimes, if I power up my router (an eero pro), I will get the bridge to light up completely, but I can’t find any of the bulbs in my house,
I’m going crazy … does anyone have any idea how to get the bridge to connect normally and find all my light bulbs? Any help would be greatly appreciated !!
