Hue Bridge with iOS 12 issue

Cupertino, May 14, 2021

Hello, in the last 2 weeks, I have problems with homekit and my shade lights connected to a single shade bridge. For some reason, hue lights appear and disappear on the iPhone 6 running iOS 12. Most of the time, they are not listed in the home app or do not respond at all. The rest of the iOS devices do not have such a problem. The hue lights are accessible through the hue app on iOS 12, but not from the homekit home app. & # x200B; I tried: & # x200B; - Uninstalling and installing the home application - Uninstalling and installing the hue application - Factory default hue bridge and reconfiguring everything - reconfiguring homekitâ & # x20AC; & # x2122; I have been using the philips shade with homekit for more than 2 years now. But this is the first time such problems have arisen. Only tinted bridge devices are affected. ** The other homekit devices work and appear well on ios 12 homekit. For other IOS devices running ios 14.5, there are no issues with philips hue. ** Do you have any ideas to solve the problem?
