Hey guys, a few weeks / months ago I posted here, because my shade system always said "refreshing". I had this problem for a long time and I wanted to solve it. First I reset the bridge, which worked for 2-3 days and then went back to not working. Then I bought a new bridge, reset my AppleTV and tried again, which failed immediately. The funny thing is that I have a raspberry pie with homebridge to control my computer and another bridge for my Tado thermostat, both always worked well! While the shade looked "invigorating", the other two always showed the right condition. So, here's the solution I came up with, which works flawlessly for now: I installed homebridge-hue and now I use my raspberries to communicate with the shade bridge. Literally, there is no difference in using it directly, the lights work normally, instantly and now the automations work again as well. There seems to be a problem between HomeKit and Hue Bridge, but it can be solved by using Homebridge to connect the two. I just wanted to share because it was driving me crazy.
