There are some great features that should come with iOS 15.1, but one of the subtle and useful changes that follows seems to be the option to set HomeKit automations based on humidity sensors.
iOS 15.1 is being refined to be a notable version, with SharePlay appearing in beta, along with a solution for the Apple Watch Unlock feature and support for storing COVID vaccination cards in Apple Wallet and Health.
Seen by Dave Zatz, a feature under radar that also appeared in iOS 15.1 beta 2 is the option to use a HomeKit humidity sensor to create automations.
You can check what the interface below looks like, but you'll be able to trigger automation when a humidity sensor rises above or falls below the set threshold.
One of the useful automations you could create would be to enable / disable the HomeKit or A / C controlled oven when humidity levels reach a certain point.
