So one thing that always annoyed me when locking VOCOlinc is that the auto lock function has reached a maximum of three minutes. I found my lock constantly closing on me while I was shopping or talking to visitors at the front door, which caused me to close the door and the latch hit the door seal. So I sent an e-mail to VOCOlinc and asked them if they would consider increasing this time limit to 10 minutes. And believe it or not, they responded in just 12 hours with a beta update that included my feature request. Upgrade to the latest version of the VOCOlinc app from the App Store. 2. In the app, tap “User”> “About app” 3. Touch the app version number 5 times until “(Open Beta Mode)” is displayed at version number 4. Return to the home page, tap the device icon button to enter the device page and a prompt will appear to upgrade to version 10.3.25. That way, both your app and your lock will be updated to work with the new feature. Enjoy!
