I’ve had the bell for 5 months. I tried two different routers, both within 10 feet of the bell. I’ve checked the wiring several times, including sending an image to Logitech support to verify that it’s correct. I reset it several times and got the manually pushed beta firmware from Logitech. The ringtone was offline for hours even after updating the firmware that they told me would fix my ringtone. After all, Logitech finally agreed to give me a full refund. I’ll try the new Google ringtone battery and see how it works. Tired of cables is a potential problem.
I finally gave up the Logitech bell.
