I need help with AC automation

Cupertino, November 12, 2021

Hi everyone, I'm new here and I need help. My AC is controlled by a Tado V3 + and works well with Homekit. Now that it's cold, I'm switching my AC to "heating." What I want to do is: - automatic start when the temperature drops below 18 ° C - automatic stop when the temperature rises above 19 ° C - only at night - only when I am at home. I struggled for a few days in the Home app, only to find out thanks to this subhomekit.blog that there is an error and < și > are reversed. So I tried to do that in Eve. I managed to have the first two points of work but if I try to add a condition of presence or a condition of time it doesn't work anymore and I don't know why. At first I thought it was because I had two contradictory conditions (after 9pm and before 7am) so I created two rules (after 9pm and before midnight) and (after midnight and before from 7:00). And I don't know how to determine the condition of Eve's presence. what am i doing wrong Thank you for your help and I'm sorry for my bad English.
