I bought a Logitech Circle View doorbell from Amazon late last year and since I'm from Europe I happily paid the import tax because it's not available here. It arrived in a good month and was very excited to install it. Then the trouble started. Looks like I got a DOA. It didn't connect to the app and kept flashing. I contacted Logitech and went back and forth for a while. They concluded it was defective and urged me to send it back to Amazon since I bought it there. So I sent it back, quite disappointed, in early January. Amazon told me I had to pay for the return label which was quite expensive as it had to be returned to the states. I ended up choosing the cheapest option with our government owned postal service. Put the import tags and such. Two months later Amazon still doesn't show it as returned and now even the return window is closed. Contacting them is pure hell. It goes in circles, etc. I'm thinking of getting a refund on the original purchase... fml
